Default EDACS system talkgroups/channels

A system I am currently scanning, which is this one: http://www.radioreference.com/module...ame=RR&sid=208
is missing talkgroups in the police section of it. When I scan I find all these additional ones, but they are not listed on Radio Reference's website. How can I find out what they are and what their description is. The talkgroups that are there know, how were they obtained. Please resond? Thank You to any one who replies.

Generally you have to figure out what they're used for on your own.
Once you do that you can submit them to the DB.

Sometimes that information is publically available, but not normally.

It's been 2 years since that listing was entered, there's very likely to be some changes. The only way to find out who is using what - unless someone on the Florida forum has them, or perhaps one of the numerous Florida scanning Yahoo groups has them - is to listen
Depending on what scanner you are using, there are lots of utilities that allow you to record audio from a TG, some of it is freeware.

73s and happy hunting....Mike
