Did you check in the RR database and see if it's listed. Also the FCC database can tell you what the frequencies service types are.

Based on the info from this thread: http://www.radioreference.com/forums...ad.php?t=82540
they are NOT trunked. (Radio Service IG - Industrial/Business Pool, Conventional) Even if they were, you would still hear 90% of the traffic on any frequency programmed for conventional.
When you hear traffic on 462.3500 , immediately switch to 467.3500. This should be the portable input to the repeater 462.3500. If you don't hear them, you are probably not close enough. As for the other 2 repeaters(station class FB2), they may not be using them yet. You should hear them equally as well if they are, so keep listening...maybe very infrequent use.

Thank you both n2mdk and capt_clint for your help. I'm sure i live close enough, i live less than 1/4 mile from the plant. Also i work there and i tried what you suggested and it did not work. I got many tones on 462.3500 and switched to 467.3500 and got nothing. Also i found a radio station license for the old company American Brass. And when i looked it up it is still valid. Also the new person in charge of that is listed as the point person. And he just started with it and doesn't have a clue. My only problem now is that the freqs are 072.0200 to 075.600 and my scanner will not pick them up. I guess i will have to find one that will if i want to get these freqs.
