LTR standard issue

Hi fellow members

I am fairly competent in programing motorola trunk sytems now and am now delving into the LTR (standard) trunking sytem - I have read the WIKI article on his but i am still unsure as to where to put the following information http://www.radioreference.com/module...me=RR&sid=1916 and in what order - Is there someone who would be kind enough to give me some direction?
