BCT15X: help

hello all
i recently bought a BCT15X. i am using free scan to program the unit. how ever i noticed not all talkgroups are shoing on the display. the id numbers are. is there away to fix that? also a way to control the flashing from talkgroup to id ??

 

[iMONITOR]

Press HOLD on any channel
Press FUNC 6
Press HOLD to begin scanning again

I think it's Display Mode #2 that you want.

Make sure none of the talk groups are locked out and that their quick keys are enabled.
