Ability to use the gps in smart phones

I don't think its possible to use the gps in my iPhone with the hp1 but it would be sweet if you could.

Well rather simple, just write an APP that takes the binary GPS info and changes it into the NEMA 0183 sentence then send that to a Bluetooth connection and bridge it to a Bluetooth to RS232 adapter on the radio.

Or just find a GPS for $10 at a garage sale add batteries and add cable and NULL Modem adapter and go.
