Private calls on a P25 non-Motorola system

Do any Uniden scanners (even a new one like the BCD436HP) understand private calls/individual calls/I-calls on a P25 digital system that's not from Motorola?

The issue was previously raised in this thread:

And I can confirm that a RadioShack Pro 197 picks up the calls fine (the scanner is currently connected to Win500, but I don't think that makes a difference).

Besides that issue, I do kind of like Uniden better.

To follow up:

*My apologies if I posted in the wrong forum. I considered the issue a design problem as it seems the scanner isn't doing what it should.

*I don't have a Uniden P25 scanner, however someone contacted me because they were not able to get private calls on a BCD436HP, and I don't think we were able to get them without programming the system in conventional mode.

*This is what a CC Dump from Win500 shows when a private call comes in; I don't know how it compares to a private call on a Motorola P25 system:
