Question bcd436hp scanner help

hello to all im looking to buy a new handheld scanner I was oringinally going to buy the bcd396xt scanner but they came out with the bcd436hp I see some not good reviews on the 436hp and god on bcd396xt which one should I get I know how the 396xt sounds and work I programmed my friends scanner great sound quality and the close call works great can someone give me input I want either purchase the 436hp are the 396xt

If you don't need the Phase II decode I would go with the BCD396XT.
