Most products that use an internal rechargeable battery pack don't use "proprietary" battery packs. They use pre-engineered off the shelf battery packs that meet the required specifications of the device manufacturer. 3.7v 3600mAh is an extremely common spec that comes in a massive number of different packages and connectors. Finding even an unbranded replacement for whatever comes in the SDS-100 likely be pretty easy.

Skip KD6JA
-The SDS100 has two ports one is for operating while not charging and one for charging!

-Go to Settings/Battery Options/Set Charge while On

-My display show at fully charged 4.21 volts

-There is a Battery save on/off

-Also the ability set a Battery Low warning were you can set the volts and type of alarm Tone/Interval/alert volume

That would be be my guess also. It is not going to be like the slide on packs for the x00xlt series. Or the x000 series for that matter.
