Question Clarification of the P25 AGC Settings Instructions

Any help (clarification) would be greatly appreciated.

Issue # 1 – Instruction # 4

“While receiving a P25 signal, hold F then tap the scroll knob. The scanner displays the current P25 RES TIME parameter setting (see below for option details).”

Q-1) hold F… = activate the “F” indicator on the display screen; True or False?

Q-2) … then tap the scroll knob = de-activate the “F” indicator on the display; True or False?

Issue # 2 – Instruction # 6

“F+rotate the scroll to select another setting.”

Q) F+rotate = activate the “F” indicator on the display screen then rotate the big knob; True or False?
