396XT Help Preprogrammed Cities

Okay I had my head up my rear end or something and ended up deleting the preprogrammed
cities in my 396XT. Question: is there any we I can restore them or is there any were I can
download them from? I travel for a living and boy did I do a no no as I could really use them.

Press and hold [2 / sr 2], [9 / mod] and [Hold / ] and turn on the scanner to initialize the Memory and be able to restore the Preprogram list. When it asks do you wish to restore the preprogrammed frequencies press the E/Yes key. WARNING This will erase any programming you did on your own!.
