Default BC396XT Site Lock out

I must of missed this, can you help?
When scanning a system with multiple sites is there a fast way to lock one site in and rest out?
If I am scanning a system and one of the sites is good and the other two are not coming in well, can I press some keys to lock out the two without going into the menu?

You could assign a separate quick key to each site. This allows you to turn on/off each site separately by pressing that sites quick key.

Or... you could put the scanner into system hold mode by long pressing HOLD while you scan the site you want to hear. (Disable this mode by long pressing HOLD again.)

While on your TRS, tap the HOLD button, then press FUNC and rotate the top knob. This will take you through all your sites, and you can lockout or unlock a site. Once you've locked or unlocked what sites you want press SCAN.

That's how I do it.

Thanks Scanmikey for the long hold tip. Guess I need to RTFM.
