Please HELP !!!!!!

I've posted this before and really haven't got anywhere. My 996t has quit delaying on a tgid after transmisson no matter how many seconds are set under the delay feature for that system. Very Frustrating because it loses the conversation if they are slow to respond. All priorities are off and the end code feature doesn't seem to have any bearing as well. Tried re-programming the whole system too with no help. Come on guys I know someone can figure this out.

My 996t seems to work the reverse that its suppose to. The delay seems to hold it on a system and the hold seems to keep it there after a tx. I know it isn't suppose to work that way but I swear it does. I just set both to 2 and that works for me.

Check your hold and delay settings - are you sure you have them set? Remember they work on a system level, not an individual tg. Might be time to dump the programming and let others see what is going on....73 Mike

The strange thing is that it used to work fine, I understand that it is a system wide setting Pretty much have tried everything I can think of... the system is the South Dakota state wide system of which I have it broke down into 3 seperate systems. system # 1 is the whole state and the other two are local towers only. Doesn't matter which system I'm on there still is no delay. Scanner says the delay for the system is set at 5 under menu edit system option. Setting the site hold time doesn't help the problem,
