Default Bcd 996xt

I just bought a new 996XT how do you do a FULL RESET? I'M trying to find it on the CD and not having much luck

that's what I thought thanks. I wish Uniden would not load the scanner up with pre program systems,and I wish they would have a paper manual

I agree that the pre programmed systems are not much value. However, they serve a reference for people who are not familiar with programming this scanner. They can use the pre programmed systems as an example. You can also clear them out very easily by Initializing Memory.
