Exclamation Delay on Digital

Hello everyone Can anyone one help with this issue. My 996T has stopped delaying
on a digital TGID after the transmisson has ended causing me to lose most of the
replies. As soon as someone has stopped talking it bounces back to the control
channel and resumes scanning. Have tried togggling the end code on and off and
everthing else with no avail. All priorities are off. The analog delay seems to
work fine. Have tried resetting the scanner and reloading new programming straight from the data base. Someone suggested setting all the modulation to Fm and still no delay. Does the scanner need to
go in for repairs? Any help greatly appreciated.
