Who took your order at S/U?
I just received mine from Bearcat Warehouse, because they had the lowest price I could find. The HIGHEST price I found? $691.50. I'm seriously.

I placed order with Scanner Master 2nd day air, suppose to arrive by Monday, cost $500+, i called them and said i could have purchased from Uniden direct ( -$500) for less and they matched price, only i did not get the 2 year warranty as offered by Uniden. Scanner Master had only the 1 year as offered, but they protected the price, which i thought was nice of them.

I bought my HP1 from HRO as well as all of my other HAM gear. HRO Matched the lowest price i could find, paid no Tax and got free UPS. My price was in the $470 range. HRO will ask you where you got the price so they can verify it.

I got mine from Scanner World in Albany NY. Fastest shipping I've ever seen. Been buying stuff from them for over 20 years.

I see they're shipping now. Wish I would've double checked them before having my fiance get one from BC Warehouse. Would've saved almost $50.
Now I guess I'll get a second one from them. Best price out there.

Got mine from a local electronics store.
Mobile and Base Scanners at Discount Prices - Palco Electronics
Would recommend to anyone in the metro Detroit area who would rather not mail order.
Bought a 396 at the same time, so they knocked off taxes, which saved over $50.
