Default radio systems clarification

I have run into some confusion when looking up radio systems
The systems types do not match my bcd396t options and I dont want to program my scanner wrong and then have to redo it
does any body have a complete list of the different systems and there cross reference to my uniden options.
thanks
benno

I posted this originally on the RR site, but the search isn't finding it.
I also posted it on the BCD396T Yahoo Group
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BCD396T/message/4423

RR = the RadioReference description. The rest should be obvious. The UASD code is in [].

RR = Scanner (or UASD) [UASD code]
(?) = Conventional [CNV]
APCO P25 Standard = Motorola P25 [MP25]
Motorola Type II Smartnet = Motorola (frequency band) Type II
(Standard [M82S] or splinter [M82P] - depends on frequencies)
Motorola Type II SmartZone = Same as SmartNet [M82S]/[M82P]
Motorola Type I = Motorola 800 MHz Type I (Standard [M81S] or Splinter
[M81P] )
(?) = Motorola 900 MHz [M92]
(?) = Motorola UHF [MU2]
(?) = Motorola VHF [MV2]
LTR Standard = LTR [LTR]
LTR Multinet = Not supported
EDACS Standard = EDACS WIDE [EDW]
EDACS Networked = EDACS WIDE [EDW]
EDACS Narrowband = EDACS Narrow [EDN]
EDACS (unknown) = EDACS SCAT (Single Channel Autonomous Trunking) [EDS]
OpenSky Standard = Not supported
SmarTrunk (any type) = Not supported
MPT-1327 (any type) = Not supported
iDEN (any type) = Not supported
