not trying to be rude,but since english and variants of english are the basic languages of radioreference, i think that it is the op's duty to post said questions and comments in english. K.

i got's it figured out. going to have to go to de'radio-ryfyrence.com
please note:not being sarcastic. trying to be humerous.
as a side story. my grandmother lived in miami beach in the 70's. when all the cubans started coming to that area. all the seniors were excited about taking spanish lessons, so that they could understand the cuban merchants. my grandmother said "let them learn english".
it's very frustrating trying to understand a non-english speaking person trying to request emergency services.
