Default BCT15X Fire Tone Out

Hey guys,

So I was wondering if with the fire tone out feature enabled, can I still go through regular channel listening and the tone out will only come on when a call comes out?

If this is hard to understand, I can post a video.

Thanks,
Adam

No you need to be holding in tone-out mode. You can't scan.

Also Adam, you cannot set up and scan two different tone out frequencies at once. You can listen to all ones setup on one frequency or another, but not both at once. It won't scan like that. IE - I have 1 department and its 3 stations plus EMS tones set up for one frequency and one department set up for another frequency with its tones. I have to choose one frequency or the other to let it hold on. If I set it for the 1 dept., 3 sta. channel, it will scan all 4 sets of tone pairs, but not the other freq. Hope I have not confused you. Be well :-)
