Help Programming a Trunked System

The local police have just switched to trunked and I got some information from them. Attached are the two files which they have given me.

Is that enough info to program the scanner or do I need to ask them for more information?

I'm using a BCT15X scanner (they went digital but I still want to be able to scan it and possibly set up the decoding on a computer using the disc tap).

Unfortunately that system is 'Motorola Mototrbo Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) Linked Capacity Plus'
(I haven't (yet) had a need to look into Mototrbo decoding much. I guess I may have to in the future.)
