Default BCT15 Firmware problem

Using BC_VUP3 rev1 and choosing BCT15 from the menu. (not 15X) I just moments before used the same updater to do my BCD996XT with no issues. Any guesses?

Try to delete and uninstall the loader and download and install it again.
This may fix it.

According to the Uniden website, you might need the older version of the firmware uploader.

Try installing v. 2.0 and try your update again.

Got it done with 2.0, which advised me to start the scanner holding l/o + 6. This was left out in 3.0, don't know if it's the cause or not.
