Default Programming Bearcat BC246T

I recently purchased a trunked Bearcat scanner. I live in Florence Alabama. County is Lauderdale. Systems are all non trunked except state which uses EDACS.
I got the frequency charts from the Radio Reference.Com site. I programmed in most of the city and county frequencies and the scanner is working but I have a question about the frequency listings.
On the sheet I downloaded it has 2 columns dealing with frequency, one labeled Frequency and another one labeled Input Frequency.
I programmed the scanner using the column listed as Frequency and the scannner is working.
My question is what is the input frequency column frequency and should I have used it.
This frequency listing only has listings for a small number of stations.

TIA
