Default BC 780xlt LTR question

I live in an area currently switching to a UHF LTR system.
I know for a fact 1 freq that is in the correct spot which is
in LCN 11. The freq is 460.025 and it is used by the sheriff dept
with an id of 0-11-140.
Now when they area moving because of activity on the home channel
the show up on 460.1125.
I have that freq programmed in channels 1-10 and 12-30 on my scanner
all set up as LTR channels (indicated by the little 'L') and the bank
is set to trunk LTR.
When they are on the 460.1125 freq, my scanner will momentarily stop
on the home channel (460.025) then continue on with out ever finding
them on the other channels I have programmed.
I need some input on getting this scanner to work with LTR and following the activity.
Thanks for your input....
Danny N4YEK

UPDATE: I have noticed that when they move to 460.1125 my scanner is flashing on channel
302 (I have this trunk system programmed in bank 7). I am guessing this in the location for
the repeater. But the scanner will NOT open up and let me hear the audio when they are there.
Any ideas?

Do you have a Radioreference database link for the system?

Take a look at this: http://www.bc780xlt.com/ltr.html

Yes I have and thats what I am doing, my scanner just doesn't seem to
be opening up the squelch when they move to the other frequency(460.1125)
I have it programmed in 301-310 and 312-320 on my scanner.
All are set to LTR.
Now I did notice, like I stated earlier, the scanner is flashing
quite quickly, the id on channel 302 but thats all it does, no audio.
If I put the scanner in manual and press trunk to put it back into
normal I hear them, press the trunk button again and nothing.
I know for certain the home channel is on 311 (LCN 11 460.025)
Just bare with me please, this is my first LTR system and I know
they are a pain to figure out.
Danny

Sounds like it could be a passport or hybrid LTR system.

The scanner channel number flashing very quickly, but no audio heard is a symptom of having the wrong frequency in that particular channel slot, or maybe you have a missing frequency/LCN. Or, like Dave said, it may be an LTR Passport system, or even LTR MultiNet, neither of which can be tracked with any scanner.
