If you are asking about Sentinel for Home Patrol, the latest version is 2.04 (revision 04).

If you are asking about BCDx36HP Sentinel, the latest version is 1.02 (revision 01).

Are you confusing firmware versions with Sentinel versions maybe?

Which software?
The PC software or the scanner software (firmware)?
For whichever you mean, what version do you have?

Again, as noted above, those are the latest versions of the SOFTWARE.

Again, not sure which scanner you are referring to.

As far as the FIRMWARE versions,

Home Patrol currently is 2.05.03

436HP is currently is 1.03.00
536HP is currently is 1.03.03

New firmware versions are loaded using the Update Firmware option in Sentinel.

UPMAN

I am still having the same problem with updating loading the database as stated in previous posts. It loads to the half way point and it quits. Stating that an error was cause and the underlying connection was cloaed.

I have deleted the program and re downloaded and installed the program and still gives me the same error.

Note : This occurs when I try download the lasted database updated.

I am using ATT's DSL.

I am having no trouble with getting to view sites on the internet with them.

It sounds like some kind of time-out issue on your system. What DSL modem do you have? (I also have ATT DSL at my home, and routinely update with no problems.)

The transfer uses ftp, which some modems and/or ISPs limit or block.

Every now and then, I'll have a problem with my ATT modem getting sluggish. I'll unplug it for a few minutes and plug it back in. After the re-boot process, my speeds seem to pick-up.

It just so happened I noticed this sluggishness while attempting to do a DB download. Once I did the above, the download went much better.

Ok, I disconnected the modem from my wireless router (dlink) and hooked it up to the laptop.
Then I retried the update again it worked. So I am now think its in the router.

Will be looking into it.

Thanks for the help

If you search, you'll see the reason you can't reach the website and you'll also find another download link for the software.
