Butel Software Help Needed

I am using trial version of ARC536PRO and find it very much like the ARCXTPRO (surprise). The program has a virtual monitor and is very good but I don't seem to find any HELP files. My guess is there aren't any.

I could use some help on how to set up the Virtual Scanner log. When I first started using it would not log each call but log hits for each Channel Tag. Now it is logging every call and skipping some frequencies.

Need some help if anyone can.

I have that software too and the latest version seems to cause problems. As soon as a station comes on it listens for about one second and causes the scanner to keep scanning.

You can open the PDF manual from the help menu.
If the scanner resumes scanning then you probably enabled the 'log and resume' option in VC.
