Bcd536hp stuck full database

I was checking out the new analyses feature and have suddenly found that my scanner is now scanning the entire database even after putting in my local zip code.. Not sure how to go back to scanning my area only

menu> set scan selection>select lists to monitor. From there you can toggle on/off nationwide .
