BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Scan Test System?

I don't know what key I entered to get here, but my 436HP won't get out of the following: "Can Test System 0." I was going to attempt to reload the radio from Sentinel, but it won't even go into this mode when I plug it into the USB, stays in this mode, not serial port. Help please.

USB Won't Engage

The USB won't engage the serial port in order to program now. I am very confused here. I cannot get the radio to be recognized by the computer when I plug it in to the ports. I cannot toggle on and off Favorites either.

Pressing and holding 2, 9, and Dept when you power on the scanner will also clear all user data.

This should put everything back pretty much to factory settings from my understanding.
