Default BCD536HP Overloading? P25 ll Simulcast

In recent days my BCD536HP is acting strangely. During the daylight hours, reception
is terrible. Distorted like it might be overloading? After 7:00pm the channel is crystal clear.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

If the system is simulcast, then that is likely your problem. They may have additional transmitters they turn on during the day for better coverage, or it may be a coincidence. Simulcast reception issues can be maddeningly random.
