a question about custom systems
a month or so ago i configured some custom systems, for example the new NXDN Tampa airport system.
it was working fine for a while, now it wont load, it says
NO SYSTEM, destination system has not been loaded. please change system.
this is said when a system is not within the range of the scanners current location.
i never put in any GPS cordinates for the custom system, and it wasnt a problem before.
so i go into the custom system and under airport site i see "set location information"
i go into it and see the option to enter coordinates. no big deal so i find some for the tampa bay area.
the Longitude contains a -82 but there doesnt seem to be a way to select a negative. the scanner shows 3 positions for the first part of the longitude, i've tried 082 but it doesn't like that.
coord for tampa fl
LAT 27.950575
LONG -82.4571776
this didnt matter before, not sure why it matters now unless a update to sentinel requires this.
i found this info on the net, but it doesnt say what to put in for the -
