Default does anyone know how to Erase the Memory

is there away to erase the memory of a uniden bearcat 200xlt scanner?

Yes, but I don't recall the exact sequence. I think it's holding the 2-4-9 keys on power-up.

reset for the bearcat scanners

1 turn radio off
2 press and hold three keys 2,9,manual and while
holding those keys in, turn on radio.

this reset works on almost all of the uniden scanners
base/mobile and handhelds.
some radios use the hold key as the manual key
