Hey guys,

I was able to talk to a WJFD firefighter and according to him, West Jordan's engine numbers are 52,53,54, and 55. They are NOT part of Unified Fire Authority according to him. I did forget to ask if they are dispatched out of VECC or self-contained.

West Jordan Fire is dispatched by VECC along with all other fire departments in the valley except for SLC Fire. I thought they were part of Unified Fire.

They are part of Metro Fire which is NOT Unified Fire.

Off the top of my head, all fire & ems in slco minus slc are dispatched on vecc fire/ems 1. UFA then responds on channel 2 and other agencies like West Jordan respond on channel 3.

Sandy Fire isn't with VECC anymore. They've been with SLC for a couple years.

Forgot about Sandy Fire. They use slc fire channel 4 (normal responce) and 5 (working fires & other large incidents). No idea what they use for staging/rit/ect
