Can someone clarify the Talk group of 64000?

I see it is listed as ucan tech 04, However I think I here other than what I would consider UCAN techs talking? can someone verify, what I think I am hearing, which is plan public safety comminucations.

In the past, it was encrypted traffic. Are you hearing analog traffic or digital?

This has to be analog voice, I am coping it on my pro 163 scanner off my discone antenna which is off my 25 foot tower with very strong signal strength in layton by job corp...

This was just one of the channels that has been used over time by the UCAN techs while doing troubleshooting and installations.

Well now that the UCAN techs are gone off this talk group... How can we go about identifing the present users...

O. k. I copied this talk chanel saying go to channel 03...

Then I copied ogden Police refer to what was broadcasted on ucan tech 04 T.G. 64000

So, Did I confirm talk group 64000 as now belonging to Ogden Police...

Need some one else to confirm...

It appear to be dispatched as WEBER

I have my scanner paused on this talk group, and all I hear is the identifier as WEBER, It does not appear to be a main channel based on it's usage. Any one else have any finding
