New Emery County Business Trunked System

I have a new 800 MHZ system in the area but the so called control channel is not the typical "motorboat" noise im Familiar with it almost sounds like the Nevada Control channel heard in St george. If so Its EDACS but the 396T asks for narrow wide or Scat. and an LCN which i have nothing on this info. I am Not sure what trunking system it really is other than its Stationed in Wyoming with a tower in Emery County. Here Is the Info:

Any Ideas on what i should do?

I believe i got some of it figured out but not sure. I've not dealt with EDACS very much and need some help on what to look for. Also this system is almost out of range as far as 800 Mhz trunking goes as far as distance. Its a Weak signal and i can hardly pick it up in my house. The further east i go and i would imagine also the further south i go the better the reception. Its a new System and i dont know if its used yet. I'm not sure how to get sysid info or tower info. and i dont havce unitrunker installed on this lappy its on my other one that aint workin to well, besides i probably couldnt get it to work cuz the signal aint strong enough. Any Ideas or help would be appreciated. I set it on EDACS WIDE with Decimal setup LCN 1- 856.7875 2- 860.8125 3- 860.8875. its trunking it but im not sure its correct.
