It's one of many links associated with the Washington County "East Law" channel repeater on 155.610MHz/151.4Hz CTCSS repeater. This repeater has two different receive sites on the 154.80MHz input, differentiated by two different input tones.
453.450/225.7 relays all traffic taking place on the 155.610 channel.
458.450/218.1 relays any signal on the 154.80MHz East Law repeater input frequency, regardless of CTCSS.
458.750MHz relays only input signals using the 179.9Hz input tone.
To add to what seems like a pretty convoluted system, East Law traffic is also relayed on 151.050/151.4Hz.
This "East Law" channel is used by Hurricane (4X units) & Washington City (6X) PDs as well as State Parks (2A units) rangers at San Hollow & Quail Creek State Parks. All units do tx on the 154.80MHz input freq.
Never before have I come across such a mess, with 6 different frequencies in use to make a standard VHF repeater frequency pair function the way they want it to.
