My wife is going to be real happy with you. Now I have to tell her I need another new radio so I can spend time looking for and ID'ing DMR signals. Up till now, I've been content to just lock those annoying sounds out, but not anymore. I hope you are satisfied.

I showed your list to an acquaintance who programs Batwing radios for a living. He found it interesting and had a couple of questions. The same ones I have, by the way. I am curious what you used to decode the data and get the Color and Slot?
We figured out that "CAP" was for Capacity Plus and "Con" was for Connect Plus.

My acquaintance was concerned about the DMR designations in the Business band, and I am curious about you hearing voices with the different color codes. I was under the impression that you had to have that color code (one of 256 different) in your radio to hear the comms for that color?

This is what I have.

Doing a search on the BCD536HP will come up with these color codes just the same as a ctcss or dcs code, once you upgrade the radio ($50.00) in the searching feature in the radio. I'm back home now and only found 2 but I think they are from the same place. I didn't have time to do much but search.

TRX-1and whistler may do a free upgrade but uniden precharge $50 for now once the beta is full version the price will probably go up.

To help you identify the possible MOTOTRBO or DMR frequencies on FCC all have 7K60FXE on the license of the FCC frequency database. Here in Price I also receive MOTOTRBO, MK COMMUNICATIONS is statewide and has 7K60FXE listed and uses 461.350 and 464.350 if you use the search feature on just searching conventional frequencies on the uniden BCD536HP it comes up with the slot # color code and whether it's DMR, CAP, CON, OR ENC.

I submitted a few different DMR and MOTOTRBO sites that I found according to the info that I had to the Database if you find that the info is incorrect or have found more info please submit it, I sent what I had...
I was only there for a short time so it may not all be accurate or complete...

This resolves the issue of trunked control channels slowing down scans when programmed as conventional channels. It also allows a better way to import frequencies to create trunked DMR systems.



Please provide your feedback: justin@digitalfrequencysearch.com or on this thread. If there are positive reviews, I'll either add it as a new page on the website or replace the existing Sentinel tool.



I still have to figure out a way to separate conventional mobile simplex channels bundled with some of the trunked licenses.
