Default Military exercise this weekend?

I just ran across two stations sounding like US military sending messages in the 60 meter tropical shortwave broadcast band on 4848khz. While one was transmitting, the second one just opened up on top. I had my video cam. close at hand, so I hit record:

Numerous other stations also transmitting 28 character messages on 4848khz USB. All very loud here in the midwest.

Note: completely off topic, but I was researching that freq. and found that Radio Botswana was on 4848khz back in 1969. Just thought I'd toss that out there.

There's a politically-significant (North Korea situation) US Strategic Command exercise taking place now & as a result, the US strategic command & control systems can be heard exercising some nuclear operations procedures on VLF thru EHF.
