Default Scrambled comms

Getting some VERY loud scrambled comms on 4,527.5 (USB) at 0215z

Have no idea what it is but it does sound cool.

Tried here at 0343Z-nada. Googled it, no joy. Googled 4527.0 and a few claimed some number/code stations or Military base to foreign fielders

4528khz is a US Navy Tactical frequency.
