4125 KHz Alaska boating net
For the past 30 mins or so, 4125 KHz has been active with KWL38 and other stations discussing weather/sea conditions for Alaskan waters.
Possibly related to this.
NOAA MF/HF VOICE - 4125 kHz

Yes I know that guy. He hangs out on the Yahoo HF Monitors group. We've talked a few times.
For his work, he sends/receives Wx info from vessels in the area..
