Lightbulb Samoa USCG activity
Caught what sounds like USCG activity related to Samoa earthquake on 11202 (based on the position given). Also heard with San Francisco on 13261. Have Coast Guard 1706 and 1711 so far, but very hard to copy and CAMSPAC is extremely distorted on their non-COTHEN freqs.
