I have been watching a live Mode-S ADS-B feed for over 5 years.
Usually and I mean Usually when Global broadcast a 6/26 EAM a new E-6B will pop up on the list.
Not long after you will hear SO and So standing by for traffic.
I have never caught a NAOC when this happens.

OSWALD or possibly ODDBALL on 11175 standing by for traffic at 10 minutes before the top of the hour, every hour for at least the past three hours (2350 - 0250z). Hard to tell if it's an aircraft, but I'm guessing not based on the lack of background noise (hum, etc.)

What do you mean by a 6/26 EAM?

I would think this refers to the usual 6 character preamble, followed by a 26 character EAM. Hopefully we will hear the skymaster call over the next day or two.

That's what I thought he meant, thanks for the clarification Metal
Its been so long since I've had good HF capabilities, I've forgotten all of this stuff.

I just heard a long 2 EAMs repeated by ARMHOLD on 15016.0. Very clear audio in L.A.
While they were standing by for traffic I heard a faint voice repeating some other numbers....very faint though.

Multiple EAMs from what sounds like aircraft due to background noise H+03, H+15, H+20, H+30. Picking up aditional stations such as ALLIGATOR and what sounds like SAT START (operating only on 4724 at H+15). EAMs are now only from the aircraft - last ground station transmition was a skyking message around 0100z.11175 and 8992 very active.

I wonder if this has any thing to do with last nights traffic:
Iran army starts ground and air military exercises
Iran’s regular army has begun a two-day ground and air military exercise, state TV said on Tuesday. The drills are conducted in western Iran near the Iraqi border. Troops were shown parachuting from helicopters near the towns of Sarpol-e Zahab and Qasr-e Shirin, about 700km west of Tehran, AP reported. The maneuvers are taking place amid escalating tensions between Iran and the West over Tehran’s nuclear program.
