Tonights insomnia log @ 0400z

I came across these rising tones on 2750 khz, I think it's HAARP, and if so then it's the first time I've heard it here. About 0415z this moved up to 3250 khz.

HAARP does work at 2750 kHz and I have seen them on this freq several times. I saw the signal you have images of and would have to say yes, it was HAARP, but to be honest that was the weakest I have ever seen HAARP, so at first I was somewhat skeptical.

Prior to being on 2750 last night it was up around 5660 and up with a very interesting pattern, I do have a screen shot of it on the PC at home, but nothing online of it yet.

I was talking to this guy the other day and he starts telling me about how this is what caused the earthquake in Japan. He said "they" did it on purpose... Whoever "they" is. I waited for him to start laughing, but nope.

What makes you think it is HAARP

What makes you think it is HAARP and leave it on one frequency so we can hear.

Great to hear that they got everything back up and running! The facility was essentially abandoned for many winter months, so I'm sure they had all sorts of burst pipes and other wonderful things to resolve before they could even start working with the system.

The Air Force says the final research experiments are to take place this month and next, part of the Basic Research on Ionospheric Characteristics and Effects (BRIOCHE) campaign funded by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.

“During the BRIOCHE campaign the facility will be inventoried and evaluated to determine if equipment can be provided to other agencies and inputs to remediation costs. Providing excess instruments can save the government millions of dollars in procurements and support other scientific and engineering activities. Thus HAARP will remain active only through May 2014 unless a transition organization is found,” Gulick said.

“If no transition organization is identified, the Air Force plans to decommission the research site and initiate divestiture in June,”

I guess that means the sweeper we have been seeing in the 4600 and 5300 areas are probably it as well. It has also been using a radar like waveform a lot lately, it used to do so every once in a while, but now I see it quite often.
