US Army showing up on COTHEN?

I've been logging T5Z159 and a few R##### ALE callsigns sounding on COTHEN over the past few days.

My assumption is that T5Z159 is the 159th Combat Aviation Brigade out of Ft. Campbell. Anyone know why these guys are showing up on COTHEN now?

Last month I logged one of the R##### calls (RCC159) which self identified as CBP.
