Default 6908.6 USB milcom Net Tracking Target

6908.6 USB EE in the clear

two milcom aero stns tracking an air radar target in SW caribbean....12.40N 82.30W.....just east of Nicaragua Caribbean coast...west of San Andreas Island.....

broke off tracking after it got to late in the morning....

sounded like AWACS or similar....some radar based platform....heard a callsign of (garbled) 901....heard often but couldn't pull out what the first name was preceding the 901.....

next night many milcom aero stns on freq....KOKOMO seemed to be the base control.....

milcom/DEA combo perhaps ? some comms in both red and green....

KOKOMO (YL) semed to have a heavy accent.....less specific traffic tonight...perhaps no targets on the second night.....

seems a target rich frequency to monitor !

The call preceding 901 might have been Tiburon.
Kokomo is Joint Inter-agency Task Force South

Also hear some of these players on 13907 during the day.

Other databases have Kokomo and the COTHEN ALE net ID of EST as the Eastern Comms Center. The heavy accent gives credence to the Joint Southern. Either way, its interesting!

I wonder if these guys have a daytime non-ALE frequency that they are using.

13907 is part of the COTHEN network.
