I made a mistake in the list. 460.550 (118.8) is Lamoille County Sheriff's, NOT Washington County Sheriff's. Sorry about that.

155.595 with Encode 136.5 would be the Coos County Sheriff's Dispatch in Lancaster, NH

thanks for the info! I live 55 minutes from Vermont. I will program these frequencies in my scanner.
Here in Sherbrooke, Québec, the police are using a PRO VOICE communication systeme. Its game over for me!
