Vermont natural gas lowband

I am currently in South Burlington and work in Williston. I have been monitoring 37.82 Vermont natural gas. It is the only lowband radio traffic around. I have the Essex NY lowband fire channels plugged in but no luck snagging any traffic. I have a Pro-2026 in my vehicle with an NMO-42 antenna mounted.

Are their other active VNG channels? Also is this a repeater?? It sounds like it is as I can hear both sounds, but the squelch drop seems really low so I am not sure if the mobile is just really close. I have other VNG freq's plugged in but all quiet so far.

I hear a fair amount of radio traffic on 37.82, although it can a bit scratchy at times.
