I Have A Vertex Standar VX-350 it reads error 1 how can I fix this

Call all the 2-way radio dealers in your area and see if one of them can reprogram that model.

I have the software and programming cable can anybody tell me how to do eliminate Error 1

Program the default codeplug back into the radio. There should be two in the home directory of the software one for each band.
Once you have recovered the radio you can expand the programming from there.
