Vertex VX 530

I am looking for someone who can give me a reveiw on the performance of the VX 530,

Is the 530 capable of MDC1200?
Is the audio good?
What is the starting price of a UHF 530?

I assume you are refering to the VX-537 UHF radio that was made for nypd...

I had one and it wasnt a bad radio.. In order to get mdc-1200 you need to either add an ANI-F board or a cimmarron VMDE-100 , VMDE-200.
