Default Vx-824 programming?

Hello new to programming and I was wondering if anyone knew where I find the function to add or change the name that appears on the LCD when the radio is powered on so I can assign the radio to a certain person? Thank you

If the top tabs have a "COMMON" tab, go to "POWER SAVING" underneath that. That is where it is on my VX-924
