That's a bit too fast to have the desired effect, a bobble head hamster. Bobble head pets are fun, back in the days of vinyl records I put all sorts of critters on the turntable but hamsters tend to dart off, crash into something, blink and go about their business. Turtles are best, when it stops they bobble for a long time just sitting there all confused. Cats are too big so you need another approach, put them on a smooth floor, place your hand under the shoulders and spin them. They get up bobbling and wobbling and then may surprise you, they come over rubbing your leg begging for more! This can go on all day or until you get bored, whichever comes first but eventually they get bored pestering you and go about their cat business and leave you alone.
