There fore, under national traffic laws that all states follow for school bus's, the truck driver was legal.
More then likely the trooper stopped him and gave him a warning about maybe going to fast,
Bottom line, unless the driver comes on here and says some thing, we will never know.
The red lights were clearly flashing before the driver reached the front of the bus.

ORC 4511.75 It is no defense to a charge under this division that the school bus involved failed to display or be equipped with an automatically extended stop warning sign as required by division (B) of this section.
