Poor in county radio coverage?? I'm 75 air miles away in Prince George and heard their low band 45.2800 mhz. Fire Dept. dispatches noise free. Here's the bad news:

WQLC584

Location: Warsaw, Va.

151.0475 mhz. Repeater output
156.2375 mhz. Repeater output
159.0375 mhz. Repeater input

Emission: 4KD0FIE (4khz bandwidth and the killer "F1E" digital sub-element)

FYI 151.0475 mhz. also is used by STARS Division 5 Eastville and Division 1 Fork Mtn. sites.

I found it amusing that their interoperability is 'enhanced' by providing extra radios to the surrounding localities.

Does this mean that an analog scanner can would be able to receive their transmissions?
